The following is a list of services provided by the ETA. If a service is not on this list then the ETA will either add that service to this list, if it is agreed upon by the advisory of the ETA and the superintendent of the school district, or provide training to have that service absorbed by the district.

Physical and virtual server support (Windows, Linux, etc.)

Domain Controllers
Group Policy
User and Group Management (a person on site will be given rights to reset passwords and add users)
DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.
Active Directory updates and upgrades
File and print service management
Managing physical cable plant including demarcation point, fiber optics, main distribution frame (MDF) and any intermediate distribution frame (IDF) required for voice, data and video communications (where applicable)
Web proxy (Squid) management
Backup and restoration services
On-site and remote network support
Mission critical network services monitoring
Emergency dispatch when needed

ETA will support the following systems to make sure that they are operational but will not maintain the accounts and tests. ETA will make a one time upload of users if the system allows.

Facilitate and support Wide Area Network and collaborative Internet purchase with ISD/ESD partner districts
